Neighbourhood and location

The apartment is situated in Kreuzberg (on the border with Schöneberg), the most centrally located area of Berlin and famous for its art scene, the multicultural vibe and for the trendy bars, cafes and clubs.

Close to the apartment you will find the Bergmannstrasse and the Mehringdamm, well-known for all the vintage-shops, boutiques, market hall, lunchrooms and the variety of great, affordable restaurants.

The apartment is close to the famous former airport Tempelhof. The airport was used for the airlift just after the war but has been closed for years and is now a huge public park, so lots of possibilities for outdoor recreation. Next to the airport is a big outdoor swimming pool.

A few minutes away is the lovely Viktoriapark, a green hill with a waterfall and a viewpoint on the top.
